Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order and delivery conditions

You can enroll in online courses and workshop classes with MasterCard or Visa credit and debit cards. Virtual POS secure payment infrastructure is provided by iyzico.

  • Online courses: You will be given access to the online course between 1 and 3 business days after online payment.
  • Private classes: Since our private classes are arranged via italki Platform, their lesson policy applies. Please note that the specific terms may vary depending on the type of lesson (single lesson, package) and the reason for cancellation.
  • Workshops: Workshops will be held according to the schedule listed in the same course, unless the class schedule is changed with prior notice.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1. Online Courses

You have the right to cancel your online course registration within 14 calendar days after your purchase date (including weekends and holidays). This means you can change your mind and receive a full refund without needing a reason. Cancellation will not affect your eligibility to take other courses with us in the future.

How to Cancel:

To exercise your right to cancel, simply inform us in writing within the 14-day period. You can do this in two ways:

  • Email: Send an email to admissions@joyofpersian, clearly stating your intent to cancel the course registration. Please include your full name and the name of the course you wish to cancel.
  • Cancellation Form: While not mandatory, you can also use our convenient cancellation form, which you can access [link to cancellation form here].

Please note that refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving your cancellation request.

Additional Information:

  • If you have already started accessing the course content (e.g., watching videos, downloading materials), you may not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, a pro-rated refund will be applied based on the amount of content accessed.

2.2. Workshops

Cancellation by Joy of Persian:

If Joy of Persian needs to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund of the workshop fee without any additional charges. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

Participant Cancellations:

You have the flexibility to cancel your participation for any reason before the workshop starts. However, please note our refund policy:

  • Cancellations received within 14 days of booking your place on the workshop will receive a full refund;
  • Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period and earlier than 14 days before the start date of the workshop will receive 75% refund;
  • Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period and earlier than 30 days before the start date of the workshop will receive 50% refund;
  • Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period and later than 30 days before the start date of the Workshop will not be eligible for a refund.
