However, we understand that sometimes you just need a direct answer to get “unstuck.” That’s why we offer two flexible support options:
Option 1: Personalized Learning Modules (PLMs)
If you have a single, specific question—whether it’s about a tricky grammar point, a cultural nuance, or feedback on a short piece of writing—you can request a PLM. Dr. Leila will personally record a short video or audio answer (typically 2-5 minutes) tailored exactly to your question.
- How it Works: You submit your question using the request form. Our team reviews it to make sure it’s a good fit for the PLM format. We then email you a confirmation and a simple payment link. After payment, you’ll receive a link to your private, custom-made module within 2-3 business days.
- Pricing: Additional modules can be requested anytime for a small fee.
- Tier 1 – Standard Question: €5 (Covers: Grammar, Vocabulary, Cultural Notes)
- Tier 2 – Complex Request: €10 (Covers: Feedback on a Short Text, max 150 words)
