- Proven Teaching Experience: Demonstrate substantial teaching experience through platforms like Italki, Preply, or other online teaching platforms, with a record of at least 1000 lessons taught.
To maintain a fair market for our students and ensure quality teaching standards, teachers should charge within the standard hourly rate range for English Italki teachers. This typically falls between $15 and $19 USD per hour for Professional Teachers and $9 to $13 USD per hour for Community Tutors.

What happens if a referred customer claims a refund?

If a customer you referred claims a refund within the 14-day cancellation period, the sale will be disqualified, and the associated commission will be deducted from your next payout.

Refund claims for workshops will impact your commission based on the timing of the cancellation:
- Cancellations within 14 days of booking: Full refund, no commission.
- Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before the workshop: 75% refund, 25% commission.
- Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before the workshop: 50% refund, 50% commission.
- Cancellations after 30 days before the workshop: No refund, full commission.
